Lead Risk Management + Change Management processes for several large to major projects with a total contract values of US$ 350 - $500 millions.
(PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES)
Provide and support Project Services activities including Risk Management, Planning & Scheduling, Management of Change and Quality Management System. Participate in meetings with Clients, subcontractors, vendors (KOM, PIM, and Progress Review etc.), model development reviews (30%, 60%, and 90%), constructability/manufacturability and etc.
(FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES)
Uphold department budget allocation (US$ 350K/year) and responsible for budget allocation (Trainings, Travelling, Operation) and control. KPI performance measurement and monitoring of 2 senior risk analyst and 1 risk analyst that is overseas globally.
(KEY ACHIEVEMENTS)
Increased Risk Maturity score from 25% to 75% resulting in the integration of project control and risk management system. Introduced BIAS monitoring tools using Monte Carlo simulation and data warehouse
