Vauxhall Station
Kwok was part of the delivery team responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction for Mechanical system at Vauxhall London Underground station. He successfully managed a team to design and build the facilities to budget and on schedule.
Gatwick Airport
Kwok lead the ISO 9001 certification for Gatwick airport capital works programme, which included the set up of core procedures and internal auditing teams. He was credited with changing the culture at Gatwick through his quality improvement initiatives, which included Quality forums, tool box talks and weekly quality messages.
Crossrail
During his time as prime contracts administrator, Kwok administered changes to the Prime contract under NEC 3. He also set up the performance management system, which monitored the performance of programme delivery. To aid construction setup, Kwok was put in a junior management role, ensuring field engineers were set up to deliver works on site. He set up common working practices, tools and Construction forums to engage with field engineers across the programme.
