October, 2017 HOPE is a humanitarian and social association in SKEMA Business School couting 100 members and gathering 5 missions (Senegal, Vietnam, Cambodia, Tutelage -private teatcher- and Social Actions)
• Managing a team of 90 people including 14 on the board of directors
• Supervision of communication, events and fundraising teams
• Strategic vision and management of 5 projects simultaneously
• Recruitment. Successor's training, handover of the association.
• Internal and external communication. Preparation of the meetings.
• Leadership skills : inspire team members, arouse a positive and dynamic climate, motivate the group.
