Establish drilling location construction of Coal Bed Methane and conventional reservoirs for VICO
- Develop and update cost, resource, material, potential risk, and issues to be loaded in Master Schedule.
- Planned and forecasted the schedule, cost and work scope in activity level to execute and complete deliverables within budget
- Reporting project performance to project manager and client; Highlighted new issues and new identified risk that caused the variance from baseline to be resolved immediately.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to monitor and controlling Man Hour, Work Schedule, & Control Sheet from work orders and Procurement.
- Review cost/revenue variations on projects & report reasons for change requests process.
- Evaluate/tracking master schedule, daily, weekly and monthly schedule and make the projected schedule as a guideline schedule for service activities.
- Analyze productivity of manpower, efficiency of tools and equipment as part of cost controlling system.
- Direct, review and analyze client specifications and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the works.
