- Perform detailed unit price analysis for the tender projects.
- Provide cost estimate breakdown to ensure that it is within the target budget.
- Checking Supplier’s material submittals to ensure the project technical specification compliance.
- Requesting quotation from suppliers and negotiate with them on cost and quality to obtain maximum benefits.
- Provide extensive Bills of Quantities in accordance with drawings, specifications and all applicable standards.
- Quantity take-off, adjustments and variations for entire civil works division.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
