August, 2014 Responsible for the production, monitoring, update and delivers an accurate, realistic and robust programme for all Compensation Events and all aspects of the Works. Produce individual NCE assessment programme reflecting the requirements of the contract programme against all compensation events. Change management, Monitoring & Measurement of all key performance Index (KPI’s) within the programme using Critical Path Length Index (CPLI) and Float Analysis between previous and current schedule and making ensure that the project plan demonstrates compliance with the sectional completion dates.
