· Work with commissioning and completions team to develop and implement commissioning schedule for informing Rio Tinto management of likely handover of works and ramping up of sub-systems.
· Our team beat the internal targets for “First Ore on Ship” by a few months.
· Managed a punch list database and also created shutdown planning for remaining works in conjunction with subcontractor’s onsite. I worked with a team of planners for the duration of the shutdowns which were 24hrs a day for several days at a time.
