October, 2016 Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic concerns for multiple vertical construction projects utilizing Primavera (P6-16.2) and Microsoft Project. Support technical leads in the development and regular Government audits of cost-loaded project schedules (Currently 15+ individual projects), based on USACE and PMI standards. Developed and maintain a master schedule with 60+ projects. Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects, as well as general operations and performance.
