As construction manager for the real estate development team my role included delivering the construction estimate, the project schedule and monthly progress reports, procure all major supplies and subcontracts, and manage the project site operations. Our project management team delivered projects for IBM, Honeywell Electro Optics Division, and Parker Brothers.
