Senior Planning Engineer (PMC):

 

  • Set the Project Controls requirements for the project.
  • Developing High Level Baseline Master Schedules.
  • Review and approval of the detailed baseline schedule by the contractor.
  • Set templates for the weekly/Monthly progress report.
  • Preparing & submitting the weekly and monthly progress report for project's owner.
  • Reviewing the weekly and monthly progress reports submitted by the Contractor.
  • Monitoring project's progress and reporting any deviations from the baseline.
  • Tracking the project risk items and Mainting a risk register.
  • Analyzing the Float Paths of the project on weekly basis.
  • reviewing EOT submitted by the contractor.
