Manage costs and forecasts for subcontract/prime contract, change management and invoice review for projects up to $800M.
Develop, and advise on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for project health.
Coordinate with project lead personnel for internal and external reporting inputs including Project Controls Statement, Total Installed Cost (TIC), manpower projections, and field changes.
Assist quantity surveyor with verifying field installation of civil, MEP and major equipment for progress and Earned Value Analysis (EVA) in new 1.3 million mt/year methanol unit.
Reviewed weekly progress (planned versus earned) with scheduling for weekly forecast analysis.
Analyze reports and provide recommendations to internal and client/stakeholder management.
Assist with project setup in GBS, facilitate and maintain WBS for project tasks and personnel hours.
