Resource Loaded Level of Effort Activities Remaining Late Pushed behind DD and Remaining Early pushed after finsh date

All,

I have a resource loaded schedule, where in Level of Effort activities the Remaining late units are pushed behind the DD and Remaining Early Units are pushed after the Finish Date. There is no negative float and no contraint on the schedule, I have also checked that the Calendar's are consistent.
