·        Preparing Project schedules and technical specifications towards the successful execution & commissioning of projects.

·        Oversee construction, commissioning and prestart up phases for Planning discipline

• Perform overall supervision of precommissioning and commissioning activities on all system as per scheduled networks, acceptance criteria and start-up specific procedures, documentations and ensure completion on time prior to hand over to operation team.
• Liaise with multiple projects for various interface and resolutions
• Review engineering documents
• Review of precomissioning, commissioning and operation related document.

·        Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure execution of projects within the time & cost parameters.

·        Plans with resource loading and monitoring the progress against the baseline schedule schedules and prepare the S-Curve accordingly.

·        Manpower Planning and Producing manpower Histogram weekly, Monthly and Yearly.

·        To give several presentations to upper management, supervisors and team members.

Project Synopsis: Manufacture, Erection and Commissioning of Off shore Rig, Pipe lay vessel, FPSO Modules, with necessary full packages.
