Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Performs staff function to the Project Director and Project Managers regarding project schedule, monitoring and planning.
2. Monitoring site for technical and progress reports/status.
3. Maintains and updates project schedules.
4. Preparation of comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports
5. Coordinates to various departments/individuals with issues in the implementation and control purposes of the Programme of Works.
Allied duties:
1. Oversee/review budget and the rehash quantity estimate.
2. Solicits and evaluates for Architectural, Structural, and Civil Works from suppliers and subcontractor for costing purposes.
3. Ensure timely submission of material submittals.
4. Prepares LEED reports and other documentation needed to acquire LEED certification.
