Job Description as Snr. Planning Engineer • Preparation and submission of Clause 14 Programme and revision of it according to the Consultant comments until obtaining the approval of the program. • Preparation of Weekly Progress Report and Monthly Progress Report. • Issuing Look Ahead Program and Micro Program for Site Engineers’ implementation on site. • Attends Weekly Progress Meeting and performs planning requirement/s that might require by the Consultant or Client. • Advising the Project Manager regarding the progress performance highlighting if there is any delay and suggests for any mitigation of the delay. • Gathering of information related to delays and prepares Delay Events Chronology to be used in preparing Time Impact Analysis or Impacted Program to support any Delay Event Notification letter to the consultant or Extension of Time Claim. • Preparation of Planning Package for the project/s being tendered. Planning Package composed of Tender Programme, Manpower Histogram, S-Curve, Construction Method Statement or any planning tender requirements of the Project/s being tendered.
