June, 2014 Employed as Senior Project Controls Engineer within the Clients PMO (Project Management Organisation) for the integrated planning on a US$1.3bn refinery expansion upgrade project.
Duties included third party interfaces, the development and implementation of planning, scheduling and progress measurement procedures, the development, and preparation of ITB (Invitation To Bid) documents including Scope of Service requirements for both EPC LSTK and PMC contracts, and subsequent evaluation of same. As the project was two thirds financed my duties also included assisting the third party due diligence experts appointed BNP.
