3 line 15,150-metric-tone-per-day sulphuric acid plant and two 75-MW power plants.
-Identifying the business needs, Developing Requirements, and define project phase and the sequence of the activities.
-Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress -
Monitoring and managing change, risk, performance that could impact project scope.
-Ensure applications meet requirements , client specifications,QA/QC policies and objectives.
-Ensure all necessary hand over documentation are delivered.
