September, 2016 • Develop, monitor and update following project plans:- Initial Work Program- Detail Work Program- Design Submission Program- 5 Week Rolling Program• Conduct Delay analysis for Extension of Time (EOT)• Create Interim Particulars Claim for Extension of Time and Cost• Create resource and assign to project program for Physical Progress Update• Collect data from other department and create Monthly Progress Report• Conduct regular site visits to assess the project progress and create Monthly ProgressPhotograph, Aerial Photograph• Create and update Time Location Diagram• Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the developing alternate methods forcorrective action.• Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect scheduleperformance.• Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate andtimely data is incorporated in the schedule.• Verify schedule integrity and evaluate logic and float paths.
