Developed the Work Breakdown Structure and the initial Project Plan for the BassGas Project, in conjunction with others.
· Determined appropriate cost codes and allocated budgets.
· Monitored and reported costs associated with the project and made adjustments as contract variations occurred and forecast costs changed.
· Ensured correct coding of costs as commitments were made and that costs were compared to budget.
· Worked closely with Accounts personnel to prepare monthly reports for management.
· Updated forecasting information to ensure the reports were timely and accurate.
· Liaised with the Procurement Manager to ensure all costs were properly committed and that the correct RFQ procedures were followed to ensure that the best price result was achieved whilst also meeting specification.
· Assisted with the establishment of project procedures.
