1. Project : Metro Bus Services, Lahore Pakistan
Designation : Site Engineer
Client : Lahore Development Authority, LDA
Contractor : MAAKSONS (Private) Limited, Pakistan
Responsibilities
· Inspection of site works and giving instructions according to check request submitted by the contractor.
· To inspect different site activities like formwork, steel reinforcement, concreting, asphalt work, earth work, mechanical work (Erection of Steel Girders, Escalators) etc.
· Making sure the work is being executed according to BOQ.
· Checking and verifying the IPC submitted by the contractor.
2. Project : Top Supervision and Third Party Validation for Different Buildings, Roads and Public Health Projects
Designation : Site Engineer
Client : City District Government Sheikhupura
Contractor : A Number of Companies
Responsibilities
This project includes evaluation of 31 Roads, 5 Building and 2 Public health projects. Few of these projects were completed and some were in progress.
Following were the responsibilities,
• Random Inspection of Building and Public Health Projects and submitting Inspection / Observation Notes regarding improvement of different construction activities.
· Preparation of Monthly Progress Report in line with supervision responsibilities.
· Monitoring and Verifying the Test Result Reports of different construction materials in accordance with Standard Codes.
· To ensure that the work has been executed according to Engineers Cost Estimate and Contract Agreement
3.Project : Third Party Validation of Construction of “Centre of Excellence for Development of Sahiwal & Exotic Breed
Designation : Assistant Resident Engineer
Client : Punjab Livestock and Dairy Development Board
Responsibilities
The project consists of Steel Sheds, road network and a number of Building units. The project is almost at its completion and the client intends to have a Third Party to evaluate the project. Following were the responsibilities,
· Visiting site and noting down physical observations regarding construction work for ensuring that the work has been executed according to specifications.
· Preparation of TPV Report and presenting it to the client.
· Monitoring and Verification of the Test Result Reports of different construction materials.
· Sampling of different construction materials and send to laboratory for its necessary testing.
· Verification of payment record in accordance with Contract Agreement.
