Project Value: Varies For Different Projects
Key Responsibilities:
ü Review, analyse and approve Baseline Program/ Recovery Program/ Commissioning programand to ensure plan is achievable, includes all critical Activities, Authority Approvals etc.
ü Apply Principles of Planning, Priority of works, Budgeting, Material Logistics, and resource management to ensure smooth running of Project and completion of Project on time and within budget.
ü Review and approve Engineering and Procurement schedule submitted by Contractor and make sure schedule is in line with the BL Program.
ü Time Cost and Resource analysis (based on both forward pass and backward pass)for Base line and Updated Programs
ü Review Daily, Weekly and monthly report submitted by contractor and highlight any deviation or non compliance.
ü Review the Project progress in detail and verify the Contractor’s Payment Application and track any variation (Schedule or cost). In case of delay or variation recording the delay and notifying to all concerned parties.
ü Progress Monitoring, Analyzing and Computing Variances and prepare KPI’s, histograms, S-curves and other analyses
ü Regularly visiting the site and attending progress meetings. Ensuring work progress is as per BL schedule and In case of slippage or anticipated slippage or variation highlighting to Construction manger/ Project Manager.
ü Review, analyse and prepare report for Time Impact or/ and Extension of Time (EOT) Claim.
ü Assist Project Manager/ Construction manager in Project Management work
ü Prepare and maintain project correspondences related to planning function and actively participating and providing planning input.
