ü Review, analyse and approve Baseline Program/ Recovery Program/ Commissioning programand to ensure plan is achievable, includes all critical Activities, Authority Approvals etc.
ü Apply Principles of Planning, Priority of works, Budgeting, Material Logistics, and resource management to ensure smooth running of Project and completion of Project on time and within budget.
