Project Controls Manager responsible for the following activities: project planning & scheduling; critical path analysis, resources loading estimates, schedule performance measurements, project cost control (budgeting and monitoring), productivity analysis, change management, risk management, progress reports issue.
Coordination of 3 planners, 3 cost controllers, 2 quantity surveyors.
