Tube Lines (Bechtel and Amey / Ferrovial) has won a 30-year concession of London Underground’s Jubilee, Northern, and Piccadilly lines under the PPP/PFI, to improve and maintain the infrastructure of these lines. Bechtel is responsible for the Capital Works Program, whilst the Maintenance Program is led by Amey / Ferrovial.
My roles are the following;
Responsible for supervision of cost engineering activities for the Prorgamme Office.
Monitoring the budgets, commitments and actual costs (GBP 76M).
Preparation of detailed staffing plans, budgets and estimates for the Programme Office.
Responsible for preparation of financial status
reports; Project Financial Status Report (PFSR)
and Project’s Cash Flow.
Collection, monitor, review cost data files and
labour estimates and currency hedges.
Interface with Bechtel Accounts and Treasury for financial monitoring.

Adaptation of the Project Controls University for a Tube Lines’ environment.
