Ø Generates preliminary and final construction schedules based on drawings, B.O.Q & Specifications
Ø Maintaining critical path diagrams and computer analysis of programme to ensure project target dates are met.
Ø Preparing regular periodic status reports and forecasts for project management and client review, highlighting critical issues / areas of concerns, executive summary / major achievement during the time frame, overall and area-wise S- curves and overall performance of projects.
Ø Developing and maintaining detailed engineering, procurement and construction schedules, and expenditure forecasts using Earned Value Techniques.
Ø Resource and cost load schedules.
Ø Incorporating subcontractors' schedules in Main Contractor's Schedule.
Ø Preparing EOT claim analysis and look ahead schedules.
Ø Provide Weekly & Monthly Planning Analysis Reports, Their effects on Contract Program, And Recovery Methods and solutions to overcome any delays caused by events.
Ø Attending construction planning meetings.
