Responsible for preparation of Project Planning Programme Schedule and for review andapproval of General Manager. Coordinate with individual departments to produce detailed plans for the pre‐launch /launch and post launch activities and all planned deliverables. Coordination for delivering management reports for the project team, the client and asrequired by General Manager on a timely manner Responsible for coordinating project activities and monitoring project progress to individualdepartment Maintaining a Planning Document Control2. ESTIMATION AND TENDERS Quantity Take Off Scope of Works Breakdown Analyzed qualified Tender Documents Estimated and reviewed subcontract BOQ Bill of Quantity3. PROJECT ENGINEERING Coordinated and reviewed project submittal and request for information (RFI) Prepared proposal and subcontracts change orders. Communicated project correspondence.4. FIELD ENGINEERING Prepared and implemented quality controls standards Coordinated field crews with Project Management Maintained field daily reports and records.5. CONTRACTS and QUANTITY SURVEY Review the Scope of Works Preparing the Payment Application Defining the Actual Progress against the payment claim.
