o Forensic engineering and planning to finalise extension of time claims.
o Prepare extension of time presentation for client.
o Reviewing schedules and monitoring progress of work through preparation of project management plan, request changes, project management information system and deliverables.
o Defining project scope and scheduling the project activities. Ensuring compliance with specified timelines and budgetary allocations.
o Prepare Contract programme, Identifying major milestones to be attained throughout the projects duration & Indicating relationship between the project procurement cycle and the project execution cycle. Provide resources & revenue projections (S-Curve & cash flow) on Primavera Project Planner (P6) Software.
o Monitor & Prepare progress updates of running projects on regular basis and analysing critical areas of concern.
o Create network, progress measurement methodology with percentage weightages of activities.
o Prepare look ahead schedules, update labour and plant/equipment requirements.
o Prepare time Impacted claims, Recovery and Acceleration Programs.
o Prepare weekly & monthly reports as required by Client.
