- Production of detailed residential contract/ construction schedules, information schedules, long lead schedules and tables of data used during subcontractor package negotiations;
- Updating progress schedules and reports which are client specific;
- Delay Analysis;
- Mentoring junior planning staff;
- Developing short term and “look ahead” schedules for site staff; and
Assisting subcontractors in understanding the schedules and with matters regarding progress reports.
