Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports to Project Manager/ Project -In-Charge.
- Assists in formulating project strategy/ plan, monitoring, implementation, recommending changes to the plan to meet project objectives.
- Consolidates and translates inputs from various groups into project operational plan and master schedule.
- Provides PMT with detailed target schedules based on agreed parameters, operational plan and master schedule.
- Maintains an updated plan and as-built schedule.
- Generates and recommend resources requirements.
- Analyzes variances on time and resources.
- Conducts committee meetings on schedule review.
- Generates and recommend alternative plans and courses of actions in consultation with other groups.
- Originates, initiates, identifies events of delays, notification, quantification and filing of claims for extension of time.
- Accountable for workability of plans and schedules.
- Accountable for consolidation, monitoring and accuracy of as built programs.
- Other related tasks that may be assigned to him.
