November, 2013 Project Controller, part of the PMO team that the programmes for the work streams that are part of the additional changes to the HETCo 1 main project. Cost and resource load and maintain the change programme to enable the final handover of Heathrow Terminal 2A.
- Creating programmes in Primavera by combining the design template and details from the construction scope document.
- Identify the subcontractor for major activities and add resources and cost to create an initial baseline.
- Capture progress from the site team (2 weekly site visit)
- Create and maintain individual Earned Value report for all work stream programmes that have been approved for construction.
- Coordinate with the design delivery team to capture the progress on design activities.
