July, 2007 • Studying Tenders and preparing Detailed Analysis Reports & Preparation of BOQ.
• Keep tracking the material stock availability against work scheduling, Inventory Control of Stores and prepare the critical material procurement.
• Planning the execution activities as per L2 schedule of the Client to ensure the completion of the project within contract duration,
• Liaison with the Client over the technical proposal and Commercial issues with respect to the LOA during the execution process of the project.
• Keeps monitoring Daily work progress and Preparation monthly & weekly progress report against work schedule.
• Cost / Budget Monitoring.
• Co-ordination for submission of Advance & performance BGs & Follow up with customer.
• Checking of measurements and assist in preparing R.A. Bills.
• Follow up with Accounts for vendor / consultant payments.
• Liaising with Client & Management, and Progressive Invoicing & Contractor Billing
