- Analysing delays and lost time and preparing recovery schedule.
- Calculation of the project cost and cash flow.
- Managing multiple sites at the same time.
- Preparation of material submittal schedule based on the lead time required for each material.
- Preparation of Shop drawing schedule.
- Monitor the operations and working of staff on the site.
- Interact and communicate effectively with other subcontractors, architects and consultants and playing a vital role in the progress meetings.
- Set a perfect schedule for purchase of equipment’s and raw materials.
- Making sure that the project is completed on time within the planned budget.
- Making Monthly & weekly Progress report.
- Preparing Man power Histogram and productivity sheet.
- Sound knowledge in site related construction activities.
