Project Services Manager report to Global Director Project Services

1/ Ensure adequate resources and competency of personnel in conjunction with the Director of Project Services to operate all Project Services control systems and tools in accordance with contractual requirements and maintaining compliance with the individual project needs. Project handled worth 600M AUD.

2/ Responsible for the planning/scheduling, risk management, cost control and document control groups on a project, and all subsequent project control and check estimates. Using P6, @risk, CRITER (Cameron Risk tool) and PERT Master from Tender to Execution stage.
