BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS OF DUTIES :
Directly responsible to Project Manager and Project Controls Manager in preparation of FEED & Detailed Design Engineering Planning & Cost Packages and provide a key responsibility for delivering project status, resource forecasting data, progress updates by discipline and trending information to the project team with Primavera P3 is the tool for all planning and scheduling work.
Preparation of project man hours, cost report and progress report with the used of TIMETRAX time writing system and IN-CONTROL central project control and management reporting system in conjunction with the Primavera P3. These will be used by the project team to facilitate the reviewing, forecasting and reporting of costs and progress. Ensure effective coordination and cooperation between other team members, particularly with regards to cost, planning (forecasting) and procurement matters.
Prepares weekly and monthly progress report, monthly invoicing as well as monthly internal cost reports for management review and evaluation. Any other tasks which from time to time may assigned to me such as preparation of Project Proposals, daily monitoring and control of all deliverables by discipline in order to meet the projected schedule. Attend weekly coordination meetings with the client for progress status and concerns of the project. Generation of IN-CONTROL weekly man hours resource project productivity and time tracks weekly validation report. Responsible for personal safety working practices for the Worleyparsons Business Unit.
