-Request for Quotations from specialized suppliers and subcontractors in the local market.
-Review the Quotation and request for more clarifications and details by the supplier or vendors.
-Prepare technical and financial evaluation for quotations and offers, to get the best offer from the vendors consequently submit my recommendations to my Manager to choose the appropriate offer.
-Procurement log, tracking and following up all items especially long lead items related with critical activities or needs long procurement or long installation time.
-Shop drawing log and Material Submittal log.
-Prepared Material Submittal full documentation and method statement to the Client and Consultant approval and comments.
-Material delivery plan and cash payment.
-Prepare contract documents with the suppliers and subcontractors in compliance with the original conditions, Drawings and specifications.
