Prepared and maintained preliminary baseline schedules, fortnightly progress reports and monthly reports. Monitored and supervised the contractor planning team to ensure seamless integration of reports and schedule to the master EPS. Review and approve the contractor scheduling, reporting requirements and time extension claims.
