Provides strategic leadership to a team of 2 planners and 2 cost control administrators. Accountable for managing successful delivery of projects - on budget, on time, and in compliance to all corporate and federal regulations. Conducts risk assessment and develops action plan to mitigate risks. Responsible for concept development, execution, and management of procedures, systems controls, and corporate policies. Serves as a liaison to stakeholders and relevant departments to ensure projects are up to corporate and safety standards.
