Cost Control Manager:
- Setting up of Cost Control office and procedures in new construction sites
- Daily/weekly/monthly check on strategic materials
- Management & Reporting of Stocks
- Daily/weekly reports on aggregates transport, concrete production, machine utilization and analysis report.
- Daily checks on warehouse exits, crusher/concrete and prefabrication reporting and analysis. -
- Analyzing direct and indirect costs, producing reports on deviations, under-runs and over-runs.
- Management and implementation of ERP System ( Cost Control/Planning/Warehouse)
- Preparation of monthly report including monthly closings, preparation actual production report
- Budget update, estimating & tender support.
- P&L management
- Preparing forecasts and cost trend reports and required project cost reports.
- Monitoring project costs and commitment to budget and forecast.
- Ensure all purchase requisitions for goods or services are within the Project Scope and proper budget and cost codes have been assigned
- Implementing and maintaining the accounting/costing structure
- Maintaining good working relationships and facilitating communication with internal groups
Project Reporting;
-Technical and economic reporting to the Head Office, to site management and to client or stakeholders.
Project Planner;
- Development and maintenance of monthly manpower, progress, histogram curves
- Updating the original time schedule, weekly programs, MRP. Planning the work according to the objectives, estimating & allocation of resources.
- Check of the progress, pointing out potential delays against the baseline, analysing and suggesting possible corrective actions
