3. Preparation of Cash Flow.
4. Updating Progress of Work.
5. Preparation of recovery program to catch up delays.
6. Preparation of short term of detailed schedule base on baseline schedule.
7. Creating Master Program (Pre-commencement, Design and Drawing Production, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning and Handover using Primavera 6 (V 8.0).
8. Progress Reporting Presentation.
9. Regular Daily Analysis Reports.
10. Provide Technical Planning support for Site Project Manager in Planning related matters.
11. Preparation of Project Schedule for all disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Activities with performed task and Milestones.
12. Plan and Extract weekly / monthly look ahead schedules updates and Analysis.
13. Implement all Pre-Activities of the project base on process units.
