- Constructed integrated programmes, using Oracle Primavera 8.2 (P6), to reflect full scope of delivery for multiple projects, i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, Installation, Commissioning & Handover activities
- Produce, implement and manage detailed resource and cost loaded schedules
- Attend progress meetings with the project manager, site teams and relevant stakeholders to keep the programme updated
- Ensuring logic linked fully resource loaded programmes are produced and reported accurately and timely and are in line with stakeholder milestones
- Establish the baseline programme to measure progress performance
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
- Alarm project manager in advance on critical or near critical activity delays to take corrective action
- Understand project work scope, deliverables, contract milestones, estimate budget quantities, durations & resource requirements
- Ability to form relationships with client, contractors, subcontractors and vendors to provide effective co-ordination of planning and project status inputs from all project participants
