December, 1997 For the last 16 years i have been scheduling large capital projects ranging from 60 million to 1.2 billion dollars in value. Working with project teams consisting of project managers, general superintendents, project and area superintendents, office and field engineers I have focused the efforts of the teams on creating a project schedule that meets the specifications and that represents their own plan of attack. I have had the privilege of training a generation of young builders in the art of scheduling.
