I'm working in an offshore drilling company as a control project expert (SPD 22-24 & 13). Responsible for control & scheduling project (primavera software). Preparing cost & time Reports (EVM, progress & periodically reports). Preparing WPA for Client. Preparing productivity & performance indexes.
