2005-2007 NATS Swanwick and West Drayton Programme – Lead Planner
Lead Planner for the Implementation Phase for the transfer of ATC Systems and Sub-Systems from West Drayton, Middlesex to Swanwick, Hampshire. Responsible for ensuring the duties of another planner were executed in a timely fashion. Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the schedule was maintained. Responsible for the creation, generation and development the Metrics for this project. This Project was successfully delivered two months ahead of schedule and within budget.
Responsible for creating a team of Mentors to develop Trainee Planners for the Programme.
Responsible for Analysis and Review of Projects within the Programme – reporting on performance and making recommendations for improvement. This led to taking responsibility for planning and reporting progress and status for a contingent ATC System.
Responsible for leading the Implementation Planning to a value of circa £80m
