Cost Manager:
- Producie Estimate at Completion Reports weekly sorted by Project Phase and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) required SCC Codes.
- Produce Monthly Cost Reports that are provided to FTA Project Management Oversight Consultants.
- Design and maintain Budget Change Database.
- Produce detailed labor reports including trend analysis.
- Produce Project and Contract Contingency Reports with Trends.
- Design and maintain databases with all actual costs.
- Work closely with Grants Staff and Consultants.
- Manage the Project Budget in SAP.
Schedule Support:
- Review and comment on Contractor schedules.
- Aerial Structures $17 million contract
- SASD Pump Relocation $1 million contract
- Light Rail Construction $89 million dollar contract
- Maintain the Master Project Schedule
Planning:
- Develop the Project Work Breakdown Structure.
