Can't write comment on feedback field

Dear All,

I have problem about PM6, before every things quite well with PM6 on my old laptop. But, after my IT installed PM6 on my new laptop, I can't write comment on feedback field, and can't adjust header/footer of report when I print reports by PDF printer. 

So, If you know how to fix it, please help me. Many thank.
