Duties and Responsibilities Included:
•Developing project schedules for both Proposal and Work In Progress using Primavera P6.v7 as the planning tool of choice.
•Integrating Engineering activity schedules with procurement and manufacturing, ensuring logical sequence and network integration per the real execution.
•Maintaining project schedules, continuously review/audit performance throughout project execution.
•Assigning resources (labor, equipment, materials) and cost to each activity/deliverable for a final resource loading/earned value analysis for optimizing performance.
•Performing earned value (EVM) analysis, critical path analysis, and total float (slack) analysis, and engineering, procurement, construction progress, baseline comparison and Developing corrective/mitigation plan (schedule crashing, fast tracking) for ensuring project completion within scope, time, cost and quality standards.
