Updating resource info held within the schedule
Administering & maintaining programme risk and opportunity registers
Validating derived resource profiles accrued during the monthly schedule update
Producing 3 weeks look Ahead programme for the senior member of the project team.
Controlling project costs by ensuring cost are accurately forecast, and are booked to the correct codes.
Ensuring that project outputs are captured reported and remains accurate
Supporting the Project manager and Project Team to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and meet
the project objectives.
Producing 8 weeks look Ahead programme for the senior member of the project team.
Producing weekly progress report to ensure activities they are slipped are been captured.
