Working within a large project controls team on the Sadara project Chem 1 Envelope.

Monitoring and reporting project progress and slippage. Reviewing any slippage and assisting in generating mitigation activities.
Generating resource profile for use by the project team and assisting with any issues/problems.
Holding interactive planning meetings, compiling the results and implementing any changes / additions they generate. Ensuring the meeting objectives is met and the outcome is as discussed.
Assessing the impact of any design slippage on the contractor construction schedule and there agreed deliverables. Advising of any completion date changes as well as any improvements that can be made on the contractor schedule. Reviewing contractor scheduled resource requirements as well as there production rates.
Working with a small projects team on the Phillips 66 and nuclear programmes Generating bid programmes for small short term projects. Standardizing a portfolio of project to assist in the reporting needs of the project and assisting in the creation and implementation of new schedule creation ideas.
