Upstream : Offshore & Subsea Field Experience Executed 12”, 14” Rigid Pipe laying, Crossings, 12” Riser & Subsea Spool installation for ONGC. Prepare list of Project Material & Tools & Tackle list for Offshore Works. Marine coordination (Movement of barge, Anchor handling, tug boat material coordination). Oversee the installation and site planning activities at barge. Designated FPR- First Person Responsible for the barge for interface with Complex process platform and interface rig. Client representation on Planning & Interface Management, Prepare Management Review Meetings Presentations Issuance of management control reports highlighting the actual progress and critical lags through S-CurveGeneration, Variance analysis, Cost Reports, Budget vs Actual and cash flow forecasts. To participate in development of execution strategy and ensure the proper implementation by coordinating withvarious discipline to keep projects within stipulated time and cost frame. Initiate cross functional project coordination at different levels with various departments & Sub-contractors to ensureschedule deadlines. Interact with client and company senior management on daily basis to report progress, concerns and look aheadplans and to resolve constrains. Assisting in Contracts administration for change orders and contract letters. Reviewing MPR, WPR, Bi Monthly Reports, Invoicing Milestones and Certification of subcontract progress.
