Responsible for most critical areas of the project, work with Project/section Managers to develop project programme with knowledge of critical path, float and risk & opportunity.
Understanding the key requirements of the Works Information and the programme obligations required under the contract. Liaising with utility companies to understand their requirement on the network with the view to tailor their works to suit the track construction due to time constrain.
Planning, Programming, Monitoring & Updating Progress, Raising Early Warnings, Reporting and Review Robustness of Programme to meet Key Project Milestones.
